Secret Agents is an SEO and AI search agency. This policy covers this website, secretagents.agency. Where it says "we", it means Secret Agents.

What we collect

  • What you send us. The audit form asks for your website address and your email. If you email us, we get whatever you write.
  • What our host records. This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosts, it keeps ordinary visit logs: your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for, and when.
  • One setting in your browser. If you press Pause animations, your browser remembers that choice until you close the tab. It never leaves your device.

What we don't do

  • We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
  • We don't run analytics scripts that follow you around the web.
  • We don't sell or rent your information.
  • We don't put you on a mailing list because you asked for an audit.

Why we use it

  • To run the audit you asked for and send it to you.
  • To reply when you write to us.
  • To keep the site working and secure.

Who sees it

  • Secret Agents.
  • Cloudflare, a company in the United States that hosts the site.
  • Web3Forms, a form service based in India. It delivers your audit request to our inbox and checks it for spam, which can mean passing your email and IP address to a spam filter.
  • Our email provider, when we write back to you.

Nobody else, unless a law requires us to hand something over.

How long we keep it

We keep an audit request while we're working on it or talking with you about working together. Ask, and we'll delete yours sooner. Cloudflare keeps its visit logs under its own policy. Web3Forms keeps form data for up to three years under its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle every request the same way, wherever you live. Some places, such as California and Europe, give you these rights by law.

Children

This site is written for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
